PRINTS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of my products, all sales of prints, cards and digital downloads are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your print or framed print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.
